The Program
We’ve always been there for you with a 3% commission on the base price of every Hylton home you sell. Now we add an additional 1/2% for a 3 1/2% commission on every home you sell thereafter. We call it The Hylton Group Realtor Rewards Program. You’ll call it money in your pocket.
* You automatically qualify after selling just one Hylton home. * Earn an extra 1/2% on the future sales of Hylton homes at any Hylton community. That's a 3 1/2% co-op on the base price of the home.
